Portland, ME! I took a spur-of-the-moment trip there to visit a friend and totally loved it. Sadly, it rained all weekend . (I have no idea who that woman is but she took forever to take that picture)

An ornament I found at the christmas store, Country Noel, in Maine. So the important question: Why doesn’t EVERYONE own a beer-guzzling, tribal-tattooed merman christmas ornament?!

Had dinner at the restaurant, Silly’s, which had the best selection of ‘normal’ food and vegan food. We got vegan fried pickles for an appetizer and I got a breakfast burrito and a mint chocolate soy milk shake. Everything was insanely good!
Ok, I’ll end with the picture of food since this is a food blog. Remember last week when I posted FOUR posts? In one week?? Let’s try that again!
Did you mean Shipyard Pumpkin Head? I love that stuff 🙂
(btw you left the banner up at the top of the blog long enough that it is back in season_
No, I love Shipyard Pumpkinhead, too, but this was a different drink by Shipyard called “Smashed Pumkin”. The bar tender called it a beer, “not a malt liquor like pumpkin head” and it was 8% alcohol. Also, it had real pumpkin in it. It was yummy!
My banner is always in season! The little vegetables are monster, therefore they are “wicked”, for wicked vegan =)
